The 401st Festino di Santa Rosalia, patron saint of Palermo, will enliven the heart of the city on the evening of July 14, 2025, and will be accompanied by a rich calendar of events starting in May.
Awarded at the Bea World Festival 2024 among the three best events in the world, an extraordinary celebration is expected again this year with the participation of thousands of visitors.
Since 1624, a human procession has been carrying, aboard a thematic Chariot, the Santuzza who freed Palermo from the plague from Palazzo dei Normanni to Porta Felice: four narrative stages of singing, dancing and music.
“Viva Palermo and Santa Rosalia” is the voice of Palermo rising at the Quattro Canti through a chorus of liberation and celebration.
