Earth Day Cefalù 2025

Earth Day Cefalù 2025 celebrates Earth Day with a rich program of events dedicated to the environment, culture and ecological awareness. For six days, the splendid setting of Cefalù will host meetings, shows, educational activities and moments of concrete action to promote the protection of our planet.

From art to science, from music to nature, this edition stands out for the variety of initiatives aimed at all ages, with the aim of creating awareness and actively involving citizens and visitors. A unique opportunity to rediscover the bond with the Earth and act for a more sustainable future.

April 22

• Inauguration of the sculpture “Terra”
• Conference organized by the CAI (Italian Alpine Club)
• Opening of the historical exhibition “Custodi della Terra”
• Concert of traditional Sicilian and oriental music

April 23-24

• Environmentally themed film screenings
• Guided excursions along Cefalù’s nature trails
• Creative workshops for children on environmental issues
• Theatrical and musical performances related to nature and sustainability

April 26

• Meeting with Mario Tozzi and Pierluigi Sassi (Earth Day Italia) on sustainability and environmental protection

April 27

• Cefalù beach cleaning with volunteers and local associations
• Release of sea turtles in collaboration with recovery centers
• Equestrian activities for children in contact with nature
